A Frisco photographer was arrested on a charge of indecency with a child Thursday, officials say.Don Sparks, 53, was arrested by Frisco police on behalf of Dallas police. He was booked into the Dallas County JailSparks owns a photography business in Frisco called "Don Sparks Photography." His Facebook page features graduation photos of Frisco high-schoolers and other young kids in the area. Dallas police say the victim is an 11-year-old girl, and the incident happened in Dallas.Sparks is being held with a bond of $100,000.
