Francisco Galicia, U.S. Citizen Held by CBP, ICE for Three Weeks Has Been Released

Francisco Erwin Galicia, the Dallas-born U.S. citizen who spent three weeks in Customs and Border Protection and Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody, was released Tuesday afternoon.
