A. H. Belo Corporation said Friday it has sold its former campus of The Dallas Morning News in downtown Dallas to local developer and co-owner of Highland Park Village Ray Washburne for $28 million.The purchase price is made up of $5.6 million in cash paid at the closing on Friday and a two-year seller-financed promissory note of $22.4 million.
