Evidence of Forney High Sex Assaults Kept on Suspect's Phone, in Locker at School

A Kaufman County sheriff's deputy seized a phone containing a video of a Forney High School soccer player being held down and sexually assaulted, according to a search warrant.Five members of the Forney soccer team were taken into custody in January after at least two of their teammates said they'd been molested by other members of the team.The seized phone was in the possession of an attorney representing one of the Forney students who has been charged with sexual assault, according to the document. On the phone are three or four copies of a video of a student being held down and sexually assaulted with a marker through his shorts, the affidavit said.   Continue reading...
