Energy Software Firm Heads to Downtown Dallas Tower

An energy industry software company is relocating its regional office to downtown Dallas.Houston-based Quorum Business Solutions has rented 17,000 square feet of office space in downtown's 717 Harwood tower.The company is relocating is regional office from near Love Field on Mockingbird Lane.Quorum rented the downtown office from World Class Capital, which bought the skyscraper in 2014. The new owners renovated the 1980s high-rise."We set out to construct a robust workspace that would complement and be sustainable to the future of downtown Dallas," Sheena Paul, COO of World Class Capital Group, said in a statement. "We were meticulous with our vision to create an urban environment that would attract and retain their client's high-caliber talent."Other new tenants in the 34-story Harwood Street building include Omnitracs, ACTIVE Networks, Lanyon Solutions, Kibo and architect HOK.Colliers International's David Quisenberry, John Conger and Lindsey Wolcott negotiated the lease with Kyle Kelley and Frank McCafferty with Savills Studley representing Quorum Business Solutions.  Continue reading...
