Developing: Large Fire Breaks Out at Irving Church

Irving fire crews are battling a large 3-alarm fire that broke out at a church before sunrise early Thursday morning, KXAS-TV (NBC5) reported.Smoke is rising from the roof of Bear Creek Community Church on Finley Road, the station reported. The church appears to be heavily damaged.Seven engines and four trucks responded to the fire at 6:14 a.m. Thursday, Irving Fire Department officials said in a statement.
