Derailed Train Narrowly Misses Row of Homes in Denton County

Thirteen train cars derailed Wednesday morning in Aubrey, narrowly missing several buildings and slightly damaging one vacant home.No injuries were reported in the Union Pacific derailment around 9:30 a.m. at South Main and Pecan streets, KTVT-TV (Channel 11) reported.The derailment took place behind several homes in the area, but only one appeared to be hit, KXAS-TV (Channel 5) reported.  Continue reading...
