Dear Dak,We're proud of you, kid.I met you on my birthday, when I was assigned to shoot the Cowboys kick-off luncheon. You wore a bowtie and emerged onto the field with a smile that was contagious. Everyone held their breath for that moment. Starting quarterback Tony Romo was too hurt to attend and we all knew that the Cowboys season depended on you, the bow-tie-wearing rookie.Adorable as you were, no Cowboys fan really expected some kid to take the place of our beloved Tony.
