Dallas Police Sergeant Who’s Made Headlines for Cancer Battle Turns Self in on Stalking, Burglary Charges

A Dallas police sergeant who's made headlines for battling tongue cancer turned himself in Wednesday for stalking and burglary charges. Gregory Epley, Jr. was wanted by the Denton County Sheriff's Office for an October incident in Aubrey, about 20 miles northeast of Denton, Dallas police said Thursday. The sheriff's office has not yet responded to request for additional information. Epley, a 16-year veteran of the department, is on administrative leave pending an administrative investigation by the Internal Affairs Division.  Continue reading...
