Dallas police are asking for the public's help finding a 68-year-old man last seen in Rylie. Victor Walters was last seen walking about 7 p.m. in the 14300 block of Skyfrost Drive, near South Beltline Road. He is a 6-foot-2 white man who weighs about 168 pounds. He has gray hair and blue eyes. He may be wearing a camouflage hat, black leather jacket, blue jeans and black Nike Shocks, police said.
