Dallas police are asking for the public's help locating a 48-year-old man last seen Monday afternoon who told family members he felt like harming himself. James Monroe was seen about 4 p.m. driving a white 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe with Texas license plate 4723AR. It's unclear what direction Monroe was heading in, police said. Monroe is a 6-foot white man who weighs about 200 pounds. No clothing description was available. Anyone with information on Monroe's whereabouts is asked to call 911 or Dallas police at 214-671-4268.
