Dallas Man Who Sexually Assaulted Boy Added to Texas' 10 Most Wanted List

A sex offender from Dallas has been added to the state's 10 Most Wanted list.Authorities say that Billy Don Urango, 26, has been wanted since June after he fled from a Dallas halfway house where he was living.After being arrested over an incident involving an 11-year-old boy in Grayson County, Urango was convicted in 2010 of aggravated sexual assault of a child, indecency with a child by sexual contact and indecency with a child by exposure.He was sentenced to 10 years in prison and released on parole after about six years.Urango is described as a white man who is 6 feet tall and about 220 pounds.
