Complaints Filed With Texas AG Against Influencer Brittany Dawn Fitness Reveal Potential Lawsuit

Multiple complaints filed with the Consumer Protection Division of the Texas Attorney General Office name Dallas-area influencer Brittany Davis, also known as Brittany Dawn Fitness, repeating allegations that she scammed customers with personalized diet and fitness plans.At least one complaint also says that one or more of Brittany Dawn Fitness' customers is in the "initial stages" of a class-action lawsuit against the company.The complaints detail customers' experiences purchasing training packages for as much as $250 from Brittany Davis. They claim they received little or no money after not getting the services advertised.
