A 24-year-old man accused of raping and strangling a Plano woman and then dumping her body in Lake Ray Hubbard has been indicted on a capital murder charge in Dallas County. Reginald Kimbro also faces a capital murder charge in Tarrant County in the slaying of a Fort Worth woman police say he briefly dated. Prosecutors are seeking a death sentence in that case.
