Mayor Eric Johnson has set an ambitious agenda for Dallas that will make it easy to judge whether his tenure is successful.After taking the oath of office last week, Johnson listed five goals for his first, four-year term: stamping out public corruption, promoting civility and respect at City Hall, increasing the use of data for greater innovation, creating a skilled and ready workforce, and making the city safer."Is this an ambitious agenda?
