Brisk, Sunny & Mild Day Ahead

From: NBC 5 Keisha Burns. After a chilly start to the morning with temps in the 40s and 50s, look for plenty of sunshine this afternoon with afternoon highs in the lower 70s. Our dry streak continues into the upcoming work week with moderating temperatures as southerly winds return. Highs will climb into the upper 80s by Tuesday. Temperatures will remain in the low to mid 80s through part of next weekend.Looking ahead, a series of storm systems will push some weak cold fronts through North Texas by the end of next week. We may see a stray storm late Thursday, but the better chance for storms will be up in Oklahoma. It appears our next best chance for storms will be on Saturday.
