A Beaumont man who was shot in the head during a Facebook Live video is on life support, and the woman who appeared to shoot him has been arrested.Devyn Holmes was brain-dead and awaiting notification of next of kin Tuesday before life support is removed, the Beaumont Enterprise reported.Cassandra Damper, 25, who appears to shoot Holmes in the video, has been charged with tampering with or fabricating evidence. Damper told police the shooting was an accident and that she didn't think the gun was loaded, the Enterprise reported.The video shows three people in a car setting up the live stream Sunday morning in Houston.
