Arlington Sex Offender Fatally Shot 25-year-old in Fort Worth Argument

An Arlington sex offender was arrested Tuesday, charged with murder in the Thursday shooting of 25-year-old Kenneth Joshua Randles.Fort Worth police investigating the shooting arrested Zachary Noel Mask, 32, Tuesday morning. He was charged with murder.Randles was suffering from several gunshot wounds when officers found him on the ground in the 8100 block of Cassie Lane in southern Fort Worth. He died of his injuries at John Peter Smith Hospital, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner.Mask and Randles had been arguing before the shooting, police told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.Mask has previously served time for sexual assault, drug possession and bail jumping.
