84-year-old Man Missing From South Dallas Last Seen in Wheelchair

Dallas police are searching for an 84-year-old man in an electric wheelchair who has been missing since just after midnight Thursday.Raphael Williams was last seen in the 2600 block of Burger Avenue in South Dallas. He is described as black, about 5-3 and 130 pounds with brown eyes, a gray beard and is partially bald.Williams was last seen in his wheelchair and may need help, police said.Anyone with information should call the Dallas Police Department at 911 or 214-671-4268.  Continue reading...
