Fuddruckers says North Texas customers won't notice anything different as it enters into bankruptcy.
The hamburger chain's parent company, Austin-based Magic Brand is selling the Fuddruckers brand to Tavistock Group, which owns Freebird's World Burrito.
Fuddruckers will close 24 corporate-owned restaurants, including two in Austin, by the end of the week.
Luckily, DFW-area locations aren't on the chopping block -- but will they be next in line if some new competition actually shows up?
