Flea Style

GO TO MARKET:  Popular watering hole turns guerilla flea market?  Genius!  We’d like to find the fella (or gal) behind 1st Saturdays at Lee Harvey’s and give him (or her) a big gold star.  This unusual monthly event comes back around tomorrow, bringing with it a selection of vendors offering art, jewelry, books, furniture and various other “odd finds” at one of our favorite dive bars.  Can’t think of a better way to kick off the weekend, and there’s even breakfast and adult beverages to boot.  Hey, where else you gonna shop in your p.j.’s while munching a big ol’ burrito on a Saturday morning in Dallas?  Um, nowhere.  (We actually tried it at Barney’s once, and we wouldn’t recommend it.).  GET IT:  1st Saturday at “Flea Harvey’s”, May 1st, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.  At Lee Harvey’s, 1807 Gould Street, Dallas.
