Who's On, Who's Not?: May 4

In a weekly staple, we'll discuss who's in a groove and who's in a rut for the Texas Rangers.

Who's On?

Rougned Odor — In his last six games, Odor is leading the team with a .417 batting average and .462 on-base percentage. He has three doubles and a homer with an RBI in that time.

Ian Desmond — Desmond appears to be cured of whatever ailed him early in the season, and it's starting to look like he might be well worth the $8 million he's earning from the Rangers this year. Desmond is batting .304 with two doubles and three RBIs in his last six games.

Sam Dyson — It hasn't always been pretty but Dyson has put up four straight scoreless innings in the last week.

Who's Not?

Jake Diekman — The usual dominant lefty has struggled over the last week, and in his last three games spanning 3 1/3 innings, he's posted an ERA of 8.10 with two walks.

Adrian Beltre — After a hot start, Beltre has hit a bit of a slump. In fact, in his last six games, he's hitting just .190 with one extra-base hit (a double). He does have three RBIs and has walked three times.
