Rangers, Rays Delayed Wednesday Due to Rain

Game expected to start at 2:30 p.m.

Wednesday afternoon's game between the Texas Rangers and the Tampa Bay Rays has been delayed due to weather.

The game was originally scheduled to start at 1:05 p.m., and has now been pushed back until at least 2:30 p.m. due to lingering rain.

The game is the final for the season's first home stand and the third in a three-game set vs. the Rays.  Rangers pitcher Derek Holland is set to face Matt Moore.

After Wednesday, the Rangers head to Seattle for a four-game set against the Mariners before taking Monday off.
