Cowboys Fit at the Star in Frisco Officially Opens



    Fans Can Rub Elbows With Players at Cowboys Fit

    Dallas Cowboys fans who are looking to train like their favorite players will now have their chance. 

    Jerry Jones, along with a number of Dallas Cowboys officials, held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the grand opening of Cowboys Fit at The Star in Frisco on Thursday.

    Cowboys Fit is a three-story 60,000 square foot workout facility that offers members the best in fitness and nutrition.

    Members will also enjoy all types of amenities such as boutique style classes, a training staff comprised of former NFL players and cheerleaders, an extensive health and nutrition bar, a dedicated recovery lounge offering cryotherapy, NormaTec, Hydromassage, and treatments delivered by the industry’s leading experts, a rooftop deck and pool and much more.

    Cowboys Fit creates a unique way for the team to engage fans of the brand, and fans of fitness alike.

    Individual memberships are $88 per month, couples will pay $128 a month and families will pay $188 a month.
