Frank W. Abagnale was a con artist so famous his exploits were depicted in the Steven Spielberg film โ€œCatch Me If You Can.โ€ From the ages of 16 to 21, Abagnale successfully posed as an airline pilot, an attorney and a doctor. He cashed millions in fraudulent checks.

Since being caught, Abagnale has advised the FBI on how to outsmart con artists. Now, Abagnale is coming to Richardson for a presentation on learning to spot and avoid scams so you can protect yourself and your family. Abagnale is one of the worldโ€™s most respected authorities on forgery, embezzlement and secure documents.

The American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) is committed to safeguarding Americansโ€™ financial futures which is why they have the AARP Fraud Watch Network.  It is a free resource to help you protect yourself and your family from ID theft and scams.
