This holiday season, the spirit of giving is everywhere. Join NBC 5 and the Salvation Army during the 12 Days of Giving starting now through Christmas Eve. Please make a monetary donation to the Salvation Army during the 12 Days of Giving at area malls now through December 24.
The 12 Days of Giving tree is decorated with an array of giving tags that contain pictures and stories about real people who have been helped by The Salvation Army right here in the DFW Metroplex. This is a great way for people to put their compassion into action, not only at Christmas time, but throughout the year. Each tag will list giving options at different monetary levels to help provide important services like shelter, meals, domestic violence therapy, and youth programs like after-school care and free music lessons to those in need.
This year, the program will be at NorthPark Center, Collin Creek Mall, Hulen Mall, Northeast Mall and The Shops at Willow Bend. Donors can make donations via credit card, check, and cash now through Christmas Eve.
