A $729,000, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home in Mansfield could be yours for less than $200,000! Sound too good to be true? It's not. This is an example of just one of the hundreds of homes that will be auctioned off Saturday at 9:30 a.m.

Homebuyers and investors will pack the Hyatt Regency in Dallas this weekend looking for great deals on foreclosed properties.

The properties up for auction are all Lender Foreclosed homes in the Dallas-Fort Worth area as well as San AntonioCorpus Christi and McAllen.

Bids start as low as $500. The foreclosure auction, conducted by USHomeAuction is open to the public and registration is free.

Participants must register in advance, either online or prior to the auction.

First-time auction-goers can view a list of properties on the auction block online, find step-by-step instructions on how the process works, and prequalify for financing.

Homes are sold "as is" to the highest bidder.
