Singers Pat Green and Lee Ann Womack will headline a benefit concert for North Texas fire departments whose resources have been depleted after massive wildfires.

The Buckets and Boots event is Saturday at a ranch near the Palo Pinto County town of Graford, about 60 miles northwest of Fort Worth.

Palo Pinto County is among 239 counties with outdoor burn bans Wednesday in drought-damaged Texas.

Palo Pinto County is home to Possum Kingdom Lake, where spring wildfires covering nearly 150,000 acres devastated the popular recreation area. About 160 homes were destroyed.

Organizers say the concert is meant to celebrate firefighters, provide money for departments to buy new equipment and support the economy.

Tickets are $100 each. Firefighters and police get in for free.
