DANCE FEVER: Whether you have two left feet or natural “So You Think You Can Dance” star power – the 2010 Dallas Dance Festival serves as the perfect platform to brush up on your boogie, while learning from some pros. The festival kicks off today at noon at the Sheraton Grand Hotel near DFW Airport running through Sunday. Even if you’re not there to compete, you have the opportunity to learn from some of the country’s top dance instructors offering workshops. Click here for specific details.

CELTIC COMMOTION: The name Celtic Thunder may sound like you should run for cover from an impending invasion or severe weather alert. Contrary to initial assumptions, the name sums up the all male singing group harmonizing in Enya-style choruses all while paying homage to their native land through song. The group of folk-singing male soloists debuted in 2007 in Dublin, Ireland – since then they have released five albums and even performed for at the White House. Hear Celtic Thunder tonight at the Verizon Theater in Grand Prairie at 7:30 p.m. as they perform a variety of musical styles in their own unique octave.

MAKE ME LAUGH: Arnez J uses his knack for physical comedy to get his punch line across. He’ll throw himself off a chair, alter his facial expressions, use props – you name it and the comedian probably has it in his act. The comedian frequents BET’s “Comic View” and has appeared on Russell Simmons’ “Def Comedy Jam.” See “the black Jerry Lewis” do anything for a laugh tonight at the Addison Improv with shows running through Nov. 14. Click here for tickets.
