Former Vice President Dick Cheney will be at the Frontiers of Flight Museum near Love Field for a big-money fundraiser for Gov. Mitt Romney's campaign.
If you notice Secret Service agents around Dallas Love Field on Thursday, it's because former Vice President Dick Cheney will be in Dallas.
Cheney, as well as a cadre of other GOP leaders, will be at the Frontiers of Flight Museum near Love Field for a big-money fundraiser for the Romney campaign.
Gov. Mitt Romney’s son, Josh, will be at the event. Romney will not attend. Neither will his VP pick, Rep. Paul Ryan, but he is expected to address the crowd via video from the campaign trail.
New Texas resident and conservative firebrand Glenn Beck, as well as Republican National Committee Chair Reince Priebius are expected at the event.
Country music star Mark Chestnutt ("Bubba Shot the Jukebox," "Goin’ Through the Big D") will sing a few tunes.
The event is closed to the public. Tickets to the fundraiser start at $1,000.
