Authorities said a 75-year-old woman is dead after her Parker County home caught fire Tuesday morning. [[334624321,C]]
Firefighters said they responded to the 7200 block of Cheyenne Trail just after 6 a.m. and found the double-wide mobile home engulfed in flames.
After the fire was extinguished, firefighters found the woman — later confirmed by her family as Sharon Walker — dead inside. The fire marshal told NBC 5 that Walker was a smoker and had an oxygen tank.
No other injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire has not yet been reported.
