All lanes of southbound Interstate 35E were closed for hours at Regal Row Monday morning after a man was hit by a semi and killed.
Dallas County Sheriff's deputies found the man in the roadway at about 1:30 a.m.
The semi that struck the man stayed at the scene, but authorities said he may have also been hit by two other cars that didn't stop.
The man's identity has not been released.
Police said I-35E was reopened at about 5:30 a.m.
