Raffle to be Held for Rescued HOV Lane Dog

Dallas Animal Services is looking for a new home for the German shepherd rescued from the high occupancy vehicle lanes of Martin D. Love Freeway Wednesday morning.

Elvis the 8-year-old dog was rescued from the HOV lanes in the middle of morning rush hour.

Sunday afternoon, anyone interested in adopting Elvis can go to the Dallas Animal Shelter to enter their name in the drawing.

The raffle will be held at 12:45 p.m.
