Police in Fort Worth are asking for help finding the vehicle involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash.[[410117485,R]]
According to police, a driver struck the pedestrian just before 8 p.m. in the 1300 block of Northwest 25th Street, just west of the Fort Worth Stockyards, on Jan. 2.
The driver sped away and did not stop, a police spokesman said. The victim, who was not identified, died at a hospital.
Security footage captured a black four-door sedan with chrome wheels in the area at the time of the crash. Investigators noted there may be damage to the front and right side mirror of the car.
