Police: Group Shot Out More Than 130 Windows

Central Texas authorities say they've arrested five people for shooting at vehicles and businesses on more than 130 occasions.

The Bastrop County Sheriff's Office says it's received 15 reports of pellet guns used to break windows in Bastrop County. Investigators have discovered another 18 cases of windows broken in Round Rock and 43 in Hutto (HUH'-toh). Williamson County authorities are investigating at least 60 instances of damaged windows.

Officials say the shootings occurred Oct. 16 and 17.

The five are facing felony charges of criminal mischief. Two are charged as adults while the others are juveniles.

The adults were being held Wednesday
