A North Texan has come forward to claim their $1 million Powerball winnings from the Feb. 3 drawing.
Yi Mei Dong of Mesquite came forward to collect his second tier prize of $1 million.
Dong purchased the ticket at a Whip In along Interstate 30.
Dong’s Quick Pick matched all five of the winning white ball numbers 26, 28, 31, 60, and 67. But he didn’t match the red Powerball, 23, and missed out on the jackpot.
There were no winners for the Feb. 10, Wednesday night drawing. The next drawing will be on Saturday, with an estimated jackpot of $176 million.
