Officials say Anderson is accused in the May 21 fatal shooting of Fanshon Morgan in Fort Worth.

Morgan died from a gunshot wound to the back, according to an autopsy by the Tarrant County medical examiner's office.

Fort Worth police said Morgan was in his car when he was shot, his car traveled across Calmont Street before coming to rest behind the Texaco in the 2700 block of Las Vegas Trail.

Anderson was booked into the Pulaski County Detention Facility on a Fort Worth Police Department homicide warrant.

There are no federal charges pending against Anderson.
