The Tarrant County Medical Examiner said a heart attack killed rock guitarist Michael Scaccia, who collapsed on stage in Fort Worth Saturday night.

The band Rigor Mortis was performing at The Rail Club when the lead guitarist collapsed on stage and went into a seizure.
