A Fort Worth woman won $1 million in a Texas Lottery scratch off game.
The woman, who requested minimal publicity, bought a $20 Money Money Millionaire ticket and won one of the five $1 million top prizes.
"With more than $89 million in total prizes, Money Money Millionaire features overall odds of winning of one in 2.90, including break-even prizes. In addition to four top prizes worth $1 million, 17 second-tier prizes worth $10,000 remain unclaimed in the game," the Texas Lottery said in a news release.
Additionally, as of this writing, there are approximately 440 prizes remaining worth $5,000.
The Texas Lottery said there are approximately 6 million Money Money Millionaire tickets printed and that once all top prizes have been claimed the game will be closed.
The woman bought the ticket at the Quicktrip on Hemphill Street. That location is now eligible to receive a retail bonus of $10,000 for selling the winning ticket.
