Dallas Man, Woman Recovering From Early-Morning Shooting

A Dallas man and woman are recovering Saturday morning after both being grazed by bullets.

Dallas police were called to the 900 block of Marlborough Avenue just after 3 a.m. Saturday.

The victims told police they were shot in the 3300 block of Linfield Road after a verbal confrontation with the shooter.

During the altercation, the armed person shot both the man and the woman and fled.

The man and women went to Marlborough Avenue to call for help. Both were transported to Methodist Central Hospital by Dallas Fire Rescue for treatment.

The man was shot in the head and is still in the hospital, the woman was shot in the arm and has been released.

The identities of these individuals have not been released.

The identity of the shooter is known to police, but his name has not been released and no arrests have been made at this time.
