Dallas comes in No. 4 on the list behind Denver, Phoenix and Atlanta, which ranked first on the list.

The list ranks the cities on average rent for a one-bedroom apartment from Apartments.com and the inventory of jobs requiring less than one year of experience from CareerRookie.com.
