The Dallas County Records Building will reopen Tuesday nearly a month after the basement flooded.
A statement Friday from the county indicated the building would resume all normal business functions.
Access to the building will be limited to the Plaza and Main Street entrances while work continues on the structure.
Most of Dallas County's affected computer systems resumed operations within days of the June 1 discovery of flooding blamed on a main break that left several feet of water in the basement of the records building.
