A Dallas Fire-Rescue ambulance was involved in a crash while transporting a patient to Baylor Medical Center of Dallas.

Dallas Fire-Rescue spokesman Jason Evans said the ambulance collided with a pickup truck on the truck's driver side at North Miller and Bruton roads.

The patient in the ambulance and the 36-year-old driver of the truck were taken separately by other ambulances to Baylor and did not sustain life-threatening injuries.
