Cop Injured by Exploding Flashlight

Brian Koskelowski was charged with criminal impersonation after police say he attempted to pull over another vehicle.

The Houston police department told its officers to inspect their flashlights after one exploded injuring an officer.

 The incident happened Sunday night according to the Houston Chronicle.Two officers were using flashlights while they were answering a call at a Houston apartment complex.

The plastic-encased flashlight one of the officers was holding blew up, hitting him in the face. He was rushed to a local hospital in stable condition.
