Bank of America customers could not access their accounts online Friday afternoon.

Bank of America customers were not able to access their accounts online for most of Friday afternoon.
Tara Burke with BoA confirmed the outage, telling NBCDFW.com it was working to restore access. Burke said the company did not know when service would be restored.
