Actor-writer-director Tyler Perry watched a part of his dream go up in flames Tuesday night.

More than 100 firefighters battled a massive fire at Tyler Perry's studio complex in Atlanta, Ga. According to Atlanta NBC affiliate 11 Alive, one or two buildings on the lot partially collapsed in the blaze.

A 400-seat theater sits on the lot, as well as several sound stages, including the one where Perry makes his popular "Madea" series.

No one was hurt in the fire, but Perry reportedly was at the scene Wednesday morning surveying the damage.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, eyewitnesses spotted the fire from a distance, some of them mistaking it for part of a film shoot.
