Lea Michele Sends “Love” to Boyfriend Cory Monteith, “Grateful” He's in Rehab

Just three days ago, Monteith tweeted, "such a beautiful day! Truly seeing the forest for the trees. #gratitude."

Lea Michele is speaking out about boyfriend Cory Monteith checking himself into rehab.

"I love and support Cory and will stand by him through this," Michele said in a statement. "I am grateful and proud he made this decision."

Monteith's rep revealed today that the Glee actor "voluntarily" checked into a treatment facility for addiction.

Michele's statement echoes a tweet she posted earlier today. "Feeling so grateful today," she posted.

A source says that Monteith's stint in rehab will not effect the shooting of Glee's two remaining episodes of the season.
