Kim Kardashian Talks Baby Girl's Arrival: I “Can't Believe It”

Kim Kardashian is a new mom--and she's as bowled over by the news as anyone.

"Can't believe it. So crazy!" Kim emailed Ryan Seacrest when he reached out to congratulate her on the arrival of her and Kanye West's baby girl.

Seacrest revealed Kim's first comments since giving birth on Saturday during his KIIS-FM morning show Tuesday. "She's very, very excited," he said, saying that he does not yet know the baby's name.

Kim gave birth Saturday at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Beverly Hills, five weeks before her due date. Sources confirm to E! News that it was a natural delivery and baby Kimye weighed "just under five pounds."

And while Kanye was right by Kim's side for the birth, not everyone in the Kardashian-Jenner household was able to make it to the hospital in time. "This was not planned. This came on very quickly," says a source, noting that, "the whole family was dispersed all over the place!"

Fortunately, though, a source says, "[the baby] is healthy and Kim is doing well...There's a great sense of relief. Everyone is very happy for her and Kim is relieved [because] this was a very stressful time."

Her good friend Larsa Pippen, who originally traveled to L.A. to spend time with her pal before she gave birth,

told E! News

at the premiere of "Monsters University" Monday night that Kim is "feeling really good and excited."

Also, Pippen said proud papa Kanye West "is, like, in love with the baby," who is "so freaking cute."
