Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn are keeping lawyers busy running in circles.
Here's the latest legal move: Sean Penn has withdrawn his petition to separate from his wife. He had filed for legal separation last month. Then, he changed his mind.
Now, a court in the San Francisco Bay area has granted a dismissal of his request for a legal separation.
Penn has told the New York Daily News that filing for legal separation was "an arrogant mistake."
It was just a year and a half ago that Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn filed for divorce.
Then, they took it back.
And, in February they were together at the Academy Awards.
But, Penn didn't thank his wife after winning the Oscar for "Milk." They've been married for 13 years and have two kids.
