The home's owner and also the designer Ramin takes us through this new modern resort-like estate that he designed in the equestrian community of Rivas Canyon in Pacific Palisades. The home is built on a lot that’s very private and surrounded by Oak and Sycamore trees. There’s an abundance of natural light flowing in every room, and although it’s a modern home, he softened the modern by using curves throughout the house and mahogany wood for warmth. After you walk up the grand staircase, you enter the upper foyer where there is over 5,000 square feet of open entertaining spaces. The home also features a custom bar, game room, a dual-sided porcelain fireplace that separates the Dining Room and the Kitchen, and he created a custom partition instead of a typical hallway to separate the home’s seven bedrooms. From the master suite, you have easy access to the pool, fountains, spa, outdoor BBQ/dining, and a spectacular rooftop sundeck that has panoramic views.
